Presentations relevant to the unified programs are encouraged although other topics of special interest are also welcomed. Use the Presentation Abstract Form (below) to submit your presentation.
  • [ PDF ] Presentation Abstract Form - Abstracts will be reviewed for significance and relevance to the conference and prospective speakers will be contacted in October, 2008.
  • [ PDF , WORD ] The 2008 Unified Program Agency Environmental & Safety Leadership Awards and Application Form - This award program is intended to highlight exceptional achievement by Unified Program Agencies, Participating Agencies and individuals. Multiple awards will be acknowledged before the 2009 CUPA Training Conference if warranted. The deadline to submit nomination is 31-Dec-2008.

  • [ PDF , WORD ] (Updated Sept. 3) California CUPA Forum Board Scholarship Outline - A multi-county task force recently reached a settlement with 7-Eleven (Southland Corporation) regarding underground tank violations at some of their gas stations. This settlement included $325,000.00 to be administered by California CUPA Forum Board for scholarships to multi-jurisdictional and multi-media training.
