The Board is comprised of three members and three alternate members from each Region. The California Conference of Directors of Envionmental Health, the California Fire Chiefs Association, and the Participating Agencies in the state each have one ad hoc member on the Board. The Board meets appoximately seven times per year: once at the Unified Program annual conference, at two three day meetings in Spring and Fall, and four one day meetings in Sacramento. The Sacremetno meetings are held on Wendsdays. The Tuesdays before the Board meeting are often scheduled for Steering Committee meetings, and UPAAG meetings are held on the Thrusdays following the Board meetings. The Executive Board consists of a chairperson, a vice chairperson, a secretary, a treasurer and an ex-officio chairperson. The same person may hold any number of offices, except that neither the secretary nor the treasurer may serve concurrently as the chairperson of the Board.
